The Success Family of CE Companies Announces New LTC Insurance Continuing Education Course for Tennessee Partnership for Long-Term Care
Newport Beach, CA, June 2009 -- SuccessCE is pleased to announce the availability of a new insurance continuing education long-term care
partnership training program: Tennessee Partnership for Long-Term Care Prerequisite
On-line Course.
This insurance continuing education course, titled “Tennessee Partnership Long Term Care,” is approved by the Tennessee Partnership for Long-Term Care as meeting the insurance continuing education
LTC requirement for the Tennessee Medicaid Long Term Care program. Agents licensed
prior to July 1, 2008 must complete the initial 8-hour NAIC Partnership training
course by July 1, 2009, or prior to marketing the LTC products in Tennessee. Agents licensed after July 1, 2008
must complete the insurance
continuing education course by July 1, 2009 or prior to marketing long term care
insurance in Tennessee. As with all Success CE courses, this insurance continuing education
course is approved and also meets all
state requirements.
State Specific Insurance Continuing Education Courses
- A minimum of 8 hours must be completed in each lines of authority held by the agent.
- All agents must complete 3 credit hours of courses approved in ethics.
- All agents licensed in property and casualty or personal lines who may sell flood
insurance must complete a one-time 3 credit hour course dealing with flood insurance
and the NFIP.
